To ensure everybody has a dynamic and productive experience every time they visit us we ask that….
* Everyone be courteous and considerate to fellow members, trainers, staff and prospective members.
* Please bring a “work out” towel with you to all sessions. If you forget towels are available for hire.
* Please do not chew gum when exercising
* Drink water throughout your session to ensure you stay hydrated
* Return all weights back to their respective racks
* Appropriate footwear must be worn when in the gym.
* Please ensure you turn your mobile phones to “silent” or “off” while exercising
* Please report any accidents or near accidents to a staff member.
