Our purpose built aerobics rooms offers a variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness for both men and women. During peak times it eliminates overcrowding while ensuring you get an excellent workout. We provide you with professional instruction and a safe, effective, well balanced and fun workout. Please consult the timetable for our current schedule.



The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!



A group class that incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. An excellent workout guaranteed....” Get that Body Movin”



Improve the use of key muscles in the body,focus on postural alignment and strengthen the deeper abdominal muscles. Establish stability and mobility throughout the entire body.



Cycle Reebok is an excellent exercise to strengthen your heart and tone your legs! The class consists of each participant seated on special stationary bikes. The instructor then takes the class on a ‘ride' that includes sprinting and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are 45 minutes long.



Want to burn more calories, even at rest? Always fancied that flat, toned tummy? Hoping to keep your back strong and injury free? Try our new class – a fun workout using Swiss Balls. Used in spinal rehabilitation since the 1960's; now helping to revolutionise your workout to increase core strength, muscular tone and posture.



Classic Aerobic workout. This 45 minute class is designed to give you an excellent Total body workout with mixed combinations & varying moves. Designed to improve overall fitness.



This class involves a variety of choreographed routines based around a step platform. Suitable for all levels of fitness.



This session will be a combination of aerobics, step aerobics and is sure to challenge all fitness levels. The class will be of one-hour duration and is designed to improve all components of fitness.



Aqua Aerobics combines the cardiovascular benefits of full body rhythmic exercises in shallow and/or deep water, with toning exercises that are designed to use upper and lower body moves to strengthen and firm.  Water provides great resistance with minimum impact to the body!  Move to the music.



Group class that incorporates an aerobic workout with overall toning.



Promote your inner health and well being with Hatha Yoga. Creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.



Why Not Learn a Sport for Life? Swimming is a great activity that tones your entire body while providing an excellent cardiovascular workout; it strengthens your heart muscle and improves delivery of oxygen to muscles. It builds the body, soothes the mind, regulates breathing, stimulates circulation, and puts no stress on the joints. 



We offer top standards of teaching. All Swimming teachers at the Centre are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their classes that will encourage a lifetime love of the water. The advantage of intensive swimming courses is that in attending daily and with our consistent teaching programme, pupils make good progress.

"Pathway to Swimming Excellence"

This swimming course is designed for children and aids them in learning how to swim. Each of the 7 course levels (tadpole, goldfish, jellyfish, octopus, swordfish, dolphin, orca) are aimed at learning specific skills and children gain a Certificate of Achievement after completion of each level.
