ADULT SWIM

KIDS SWIM
We offer top standards of teaching. All Swimming teachers at the Centre are fully qualified and are dedicated to passing on swimming skills to their classes that will encourage a lifetime love of the water. The advantage of intensive swimming courses is that in attending daily and with
our consistent teaching programme, pupils make good progress.

This swimming course is designed for children and aids them in learning how to swim. Each of the 7 course levels (tadpole, goldfish, jellyfish, octopus, swordfish, dolphin, orca) are aimed at learning specific skills and children gain a Certificate of Achievement after completion of each level. PILATES
The aim of Pilates is to develop a body that operates effectively and efficiently not just for sport, but also for daily life.
It is a systematic discipline of precise movements requiring concentration and focus to isolate specific muscles, thereby engaging both mind and body.
Pilates is a mat based, low impact form of exercise which uses gentle resistance to improve muscular strength beginning with the core.
Muscles are also lengthened. Regular sessions will also reduce tension and pain along the spinal column, assist in relieving stress levels, improve posture and coordination.

YOGA
Hatha Yoga: is a fairly slow-paced, gentle and mellow form of Yoga which focuses on simple poses that comfortably flow from one to the other. It’s a good type of yoga for beginners to start with or for winding down at the end of a hard day.
Ashtanga: Though somewhat light on meditation, Ashtanga is fast moving and intense, proving to be one of the more physically demanding forms of Yoga. The poses are a set sequence of Asanas, which are synchronized with the breath and always performed in the same order. |
AQUA AEROBICS
Aqua Aerobics combines the cardiovascular benefits of full body rhythmic
exercises in shallow and/or deep water, with toning exercises that are designed
to use upper and lower body moves to strengthen and firm. Water provides great resistance with minimum impact to the body! Move to the music. |

This class involves a variety of choreographed routines based around a step platform. Suitable for all levels of fitness. |

This session will be a combination of aerobics, step aerobics and is sure to challenge all fitness levels. The class

CYCLE REEBOK
Cycle Reebok is an excellent exercise to strengthen your heart and tone your legs! The class consists of each
participant seated on special stationary bikes. The instructor then takes the class on a ‘ride' that includes
sprinting and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are 45 minutes long. |
CARDIO SCULPT
Cardiosculpt is a combination of toning moves with pulse raising intervals to push the body into the anaerobic zone. This creates a hormonal effect to cause maximum fat loss in minimum time! The routine is changed every week creating a state called muscle confusion. The body has to work really hard every session and never reaches a plateau. Therefore you keep getting maximium fat burning and muscle toning in every session.
